Job Requirements:

Job Responsibilities:
* Reporting to the Sales and Engineering Manager your main focus will be to assist and coordinate between the customer, sales, tooling engineering, Quality assurance and production to ensure launch / project activities are completed on time as quoted.

Job Requirements:
* Engineering related post secondary education or 5 years experience in a similar role.
* 3 to 5 years experience with project management relating to equipment development,
acquisition, and buy off.
* Programming / troubleshooting experience with Allan Bradley PLC’s, Motoman, &
Panasonic robots and Medar weld controls.
* Experience working with Mig and resistance welding including stainless steel welding
processes.

Job Responsibilities:
* As a member of the Engineering team you will be responsible to develop the process for new welding / automation equipment, and to oversee acquisitions / modifications to existing welding and automation equipment to insure that customer timelines are met.

Job Requirements:
* Grade 12 Graduation diploma
* CQT preferred.
* Previous experience in metal stamping, mig and resistance welding
* Fully fluent in blue print reading including GD&T.
* Experience and understanding of APQP & PPAP, knowledgeable in the use of FMEA, control plans and six sigma principles.
* Previous experience with Microsoft Office, Metrology, and S.P.C. & Six Sigma skills.
* Previous experience conducting welding cut and etches to determine weld quality.
* have excellent report writing skills with the ability to articulate facts at all levels of the
organization.
* Ability to make decisions in high pressure situations

Job Responsibilities:
* In a shift work environment your responsibilities will be to conduct process capability studies, Weld integrity testing including cut and etches, gauge R&R, gauge calibration, in-process and final inspection audits as well as overseeing any product verification activities. You will also be responsible for root cause analysis and effective implementation of Corrective / preventative actions.

Job Requirements:
* 2+ years experience operating servo driven transfer systems and automatic metal stamping presses
* Strong knowledge of die set up, material handling, troubleshooting and coil handling.
* Overhead crane and lift truck certification
* Grade 12 graduation diploma

Job Responsibilities:
* The Transfer Press Operator will operate and set up metal stamping presses ranging from 800 to 1650 tons.

Job Requirements:
* 2+ years experience operating automatic presses
* Strong knowledge of die set up, material handling, troubleshooting and coil handling.
* Overhead crane and lift truck certification
* Grade 12 graduation diploma

Job Responsibilities:
* As a Press set up Operator you will operate and set up metal stamping presses ranging from 250 tons to 800 tons.

Job Requirements:
* You are a team player who has a do what it takes attitude and holds a certified Tool and Die Maker designation along with 3 to 5 years experience in a stamping environment.
* Previous experience with Stainless steel and welding fixtures would be considered an asset.

Job Responsibilities:
* In this position you will form part of a cohesive team who’s primary purpose is to support and work in conjunction with the production department by troubleshoot, repairing, improving and perform maintenance on metal stamping progressive & transfer dies.
* You will be involved in continuous improvement activities to assist the North America Stamping Group in maintaining world class performance.

Job Requirements:
* Authorized to work in the U.S. – visa sponsorship not offered
* Ability to work 2nd shift
* High School diploma or GED required
* Basic math skills
* Experience using precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, etc.)
* Excellent attention to detail
* Ability to work overtime as required to meet customer requirements

* Two years experience with progressive dies preferred
* Experience driving a forklift preferred

Job Responsibilities:
* Follow all safety procedures including lock out, PPE, etc.
* Set-up dies and auxiliary equipment
* Perform coil changes and other material handling duties
* Perform all required quality inspections to assure product meets customer specs
* Complete required production/inspection reporting
* Perform preventive maintenance on equipment
* Maintain work area according to 5S organization/housekeeping standards
* Suggest methods for improving safety, efficiency, and productivity
* Other duties as assigned

The 2nd shift Lead toolmakers position pays $20.35 per hour and the other toolmakers position pays$18.90 per hour.
